I aim to meet my clients where they’re at in life by providing a warm and inviting environment for clients ages 13 and up with a conversation-based approach. With keeping each client’s individual needs in mind, I utilize aspects of skill building and helping clients redefine their narrative. Specifically, I prioritize developing a strong connection with my clients in order to help them feel more comfortable opening up and addressing difficult topics in a safe and judgment-free space. I have expertise in working with clients that have ADHD and clients with chronic pain such as CRPS. I also typically work with anxiety, adjusting to life's changes, and school stress for teens. I find working with teens who may be initially resistant to therapy particularly rewarding. It presents a unique opportunity to build trust and make a lasting impact
