I have a straightforward, individualized approach to therapy which is solution-focused and effective. I specialize in treatment for Depression, Anxiety, and a variety of other diagnoses or situational issues. I can work with you to improve the quality of your life. I have an informal, relatable, yet professional style that makes people feel comfortable. While I use a variety of treatment modalities, I use a fair amount of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which differs slightly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I will focus on your strengths, and provide tools for working with your areas of struggle.
