I am a licensed mental health counselor whose areas of focus with counseling include grief and trauma. I am a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator and have completed the Gottman level one training. I am also a certified trauma, anxiety and neuropsychotherapy professional. I have a relaxed approach to my work with clients and offer those I work with a safe place to explore relational struggles, grief, trauma and various forms of loss. It is my honor to help you walk towards a healthier and more fulfilling life.
