My name is Nicole Adams, and I am a nationally certified Licensed Professional Counselor. I am licensed to practice counseling in several states including AK, AZ, AL, CO, FL, ID, MS, and MT. Although my work experience is broad, I have been working solely in private practice for several years. My practice focuses on self-actualization and personal growth, communication and boundaries, trauma and self-regulation, and exploration of purpose. Clients receive guidance in the development of evidence-based skills and techniques to effectively process emotional experiences, strengthen resiliency, and foster sustainable relationships. Although I enjoy tailoring an individualized approach for each client I have the honor to work with, I do have specialized training in anxiety, trauma, and family issues, as well as existential treatment modalities and cognitive behavioral therapy.
