Hi, I’m Nicole – a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with 5 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion, clarity, and evidence-based care. I specialize in trauma-informed therapy and am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in building insight, resilience, and lasting change. Our first session is all about getting to know you—your story, your goals, and what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about what’s been going on in your life, explore what you’re hoping to get out of our work together, and begin to identify the areas you'd like to focus on.
