Hi, I’m Nicole Lederman, LCSW—a New Yorker who discovered a love for the outdoors during my time in Colorado and Los Angeles. I blend traditional therapy with holistic practices to help you feel more grounded, aligned, and in control of your life. My integrative approach combines evidence-based techniques, mindfulness, nutrition, exercise, and sometimes plant medicine to support diverse mental health experiences. I believe lasting change comes from addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—helping you tap into your inner resources and discover new ones.
