I help pre-teens, adolescents, and adults who are navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions find clarity, confidence, and renewed hope. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or stuck, and we work toward feeling grounded, empowered, and more connected to themselves and the world around them. I especially love working with clients who are navigating identity changes, school or career stress, family challenges, or moments when life feels uncertain.
