I specialize in working with clients struggling through traumatic experiences as well as life transitions, whether it be from one stage of life to another, or when situations arise that require adjustment and change. I practice in an integrative style, pulling techniques from humanistic therapeutic approaches as well as evidenced based EMDR, ACT, DBT and IFS.
