If you're looking for somewhere to be heard without judgement, I have experience helping people from diverse backgrounds going through a variety of issues relating to health, relationships, work, crisis, and life transitions. I use several somatic/body-based and mindfulness strategies, drawing from my background as a psychotherapist, Registered Yoga teacher and Reiki Master. I strive to create a safe and open environment where people can reconnect with themselves and those relationships that matter most to them.
