Sometimes life presents obstacles that hinder our ability to move through life as we would like. Some obstacles might look like receiving a medical diagnosis, aging, disability, grief, relationship issues, having a child, etc. While other times the obstacle might feel more vague- like a general dissatisfaction with life, perhaps struggling to identify why. Obstacles that I specialize in working with most are presentations of trauma (PTSD, CPTSD, dissociative disorders, etc.) as well as depression and anxiety.
