I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, understood, and supported at your own pace. Together, we'll explore your experiences with curiosity, compassion, focusing on what matters most to you. I am especially passionate about working with older adults and those facing transitions such as retirement, health changes, loss, and evolving roles.
