Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across a wide range of ages and presenting concerns, and I’ve developed a particular passion for supporting those navigating self-esteem challenges, interpersonal conflict, and mood disorders. In our work together, my goal is to help you make meaningful connections between past experiences and present struggles, while identifying clear, actionable steps toward a more fulfilling life. I approach therapy through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive lens, grounded in the belief that human connection is essential to healing.
