With over 15 years of experience working with people and 10 years as a licensed therapist, I bring a deep understanding of the complexities individuals and families face across different stages of life. I have worked with a diverse range of clients and treatment needs, and I believe that seeking support is a powerful step toward healing and growth. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and therapy should be a place where you don’t have to navigate them alone. I provide a confidential, culturally competent, and diversity-aware environment where therapy is a collaborative process. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, parent-child relational issues, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care.
