Hello, all I am a New York and Connecticut state-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, currently based in Connecticut. I received my Master's Degree in 2001 and have been practicing in the field ever since. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, including conducting therapy for couples and families. Currently, I offer counseling services via telehealth through Grow Therapy's portal. Initial introductions will be conducted during which time I can answer any questions you may have about the intake itself or the therapeutic process as a whole. I will then seek input on what brought you to the session, explore any changes you may want to make, or any goals you may have that I can help support you with.
