I have over 15 years experience supporting neurodivergent adults/teens (12+) and specialize in navigating relationship difficulties such as: social anxiety, relational trauma, coping with a difficult or toxic relationship, difficulty making friends or sustaining a healthy intimate relationship, Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, Masking, PDA, codependency, and grieving the loss of a relationship. I use a collaborative and individualized approach with my clients and practice from a neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming lens. Therapy approaches: Internal Family Systems, ACT, Self-compassion, Polyvagal Theory/Nervous system regulation, I-CBT, DBT, Pain Reprocessing, Mindfulness, Family Systems, Executive Functioning and Interpersonal skills support.
