As a therapist, I'm interested in helping you get curious about all parts of yourself, challenge rigid thinking, and hold more space for nuance. I especially enjoy working with people as they work to: create healthy, reciprocal relationships, overcome perfectionism and people-pleasing patterns, and navigate life and career transitions. I am here to do my best to understand you and to help you clarify what your growth and healing will look like. It's important to find a therapist with whom you feel both connected to and challenged by. I use an interactive, relational style to help you clarify the root of your struggles, identify strengths, and create change. My practice is primarily insight-oriented therapy. We'll likely laugh together while working to achieve your therapy goals.
