Hello! My name is Nicole. I opened Creatality to support individual and group healing through counseling and art therapy. I aim to offer a creative space for self-reflection to relieve and manage symptoms as we collaboratively work together in sessions to meet your therapeutic goals. As a Credentialed Art Therapist, I utilize the creative process to reflect on challenges and acknowledge, perspective take, and evolve into new ways of thinking. I believe that both talk therapy and art therapy are sources of healing. I utilize EMDR, Exposure Response Prevention, and Motivational Interviewing. Please know, you don't need to be an artist to engage in art therapy!
