Hi, I'm Nicole! Are you feeling empty from a loss? Thinking that you'll never move past this time in your life? I want to help you feel whole again after the loss of a loved one, career, or relationship. I will teach you how to acknowledge triggers and how to cope successfully when they arise. I utilize CBT and mindfulness in order to assist individuals struggling with their feelings and coping.
