Ms. Ngo helps paint a comprehensive and accurate picture of a young person's cognitive processing abilities, academic achievement levels, and social emotional functioning through culturally and linguistically responsive assessments. She collaborates with families and school teams in the development of effective Individualized Educational Plans (IEP) and advocates for the best interest of a person with disabilities.
