Are you feeling overwhelmed by recent life changes or struggling to manage stress, anxiety, or depression? You don’t have to face it alone. I work with teens and adults who are experiencing difficulty adjusting to life transitions, navigating school or work stressors, and managing relationship problems. I offer a safe space to help you process your emotions and experiences and help you to build effective coping strategies you can use throughout life. I utilize a Cognitive-Behavior Therapy approach, but also include Person-Centered, Strengths-Based approach, Solution-Focused techniques, and Mindfulness based techniques to help you better understand yourself and your challenges and to support your mental health and emotional growth.
