Nicole specializes in working with adolescents and adults, ages 12 & up. Nicole uses a strength based and holistic approach that is is rooted in evidence-based interventions. She incorporates several modalities into her work with clients including CBT, Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Adlerian. Nicole works with a wide range of presenting concerns that include processing and overcoming past traumas, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, stress reduction, communication difficulties, self-esteem, mood disorders, and adjustment issues.
