I provide services at Women Rise Psychological and Wellness Center in the Claremont Village and online to CA state residents. I believe that everyone has the power to heal and develop a loving inner voice and a caring relationship with one’s self. This innate power is unlocked when our safety needs are met and we feel acceptance. In addition, Strengths-based and Solution Focused strategies are offered to support and nurture personal empowerment and alignment with one's highest good.
