I never set out to become a therapist, but my experiences taught me the undeniable need to value risk, perseverance, acceptance, and surrender as a way to peace. The benefit of a safe, unbiased space for you to freely feel, speak, learn and explore is monumental. Expect support in finding and adding value, guidance in creating change on your terms, new language to find your voice, and empowerment to improve your overall quality of life. My knowledge and training of trauma informed, evidence based, and basic neuroscience-based strategies including Polyvagal, various forms of Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused therapies allow me to meet you where you are and be flexible in our approach to therapy.
