I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for you to feel heard, seen, and accepted just as you are. I believe in meeting you where you’re at; I am committed to walk alongside you, and guide you while you take the lead on your journey to positive change and healing. I utilize a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths based approach. I incorporate a variety of modalities including Dialetical Beahvior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Thearpy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I look forward to helping you along your journey!
