I am a down-to-earth and accepting person, which creates a safe space to discuss things that can be difficult to talk about. My objective is to create an atmosphere for personal growth, self-discovery, and an opportunity to learn healthier, more realistic, and positive ways of thinking without fear of judgment. I serve a diverse population of individuals, couples, and families and work with clients with an assortment of presenting problems, varying in severity.
