The population I like to work with is adults and teens struggling with complex trauma, emotional dysregulation, mild-severe depression, suicidal ideation/self-harm, grief, and unhealthy attachments. I have been in the field for 10 years. I have worked in residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and group therapy. Since being in this field I have come to realize mental health struggles are individualized.
