I work with clients through a systems perspective and bring awareness to behavioral and emotional patterns that formed during childhood and continue to negatively impact clients in adulthood. I believe that therapy should be affordable and accessible, and I'm happy to discuss payment options if you're in need of a sliding scale. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, depression, family conflicts, & processing through negative beliefs about oneself in order to replace them with a more positive, realistic self-concept. Additionally, I have extensive experience working with victims of sexual trauma, compulsive sexual behaviors, & illegal sexual behaviors.
