Welcome! I have telehealth appointments with no current waiting list. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, grief and loss, depression, borderline personality disorder, difficulty regulating emotions, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, new medical diagnoses, adoption or foster care challenges, and many other topics. I work with individuals across the lifespan, including members of the LGBTQ+ and intellectually/developmentally disabled communities. I will walk alongside you on your mental health journey, offering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space to explore healing, growth, and self-understanding.
