I typically treat patients with long-standing difficulties in their life who have usually made numerous attempts to resolve internal distress and conflict in relationships with varying degrees of success. The type of therapy I offer is intensive and seeks to provide the patient with the tools to understand their pattern of behavior, decrease emotional distress, manage conflict, and adopt realistic expectations for themselves and others.
