I look to you as the expert of your situation and will collaborate with you in developing goals that work so that you can overcome roadblocks and achieve better mental health! I have a deep devotion to the field of mental health, and due to my own life story decided to become a mental health therapist at a very young age. I hope to be able to help you break-through any blockages and achieve your goals. During the first session, you can expect that we will discuss your personal history, mental health history, and other background in order for me to get to know you. We will also discuss treatment goals that you would like to work on.
