Life can become challenging to all of us at some time or another. Whether it is dealing with a loss, struggling with depression or anxiety, struggling to handle day to day stressors, or even just feeling off and knowing you're not living or feeling how you would like to, we could all use some support at different times in our lives. I got into this field because I truly wanted to do something as a career that helped others and couldn't think of doing something where I wasn't able to interact with and support others. I value each person as an individual and appreciate being able to assist someone in working through challenges or struggles to enjoy life more and feel less stressed and anxious.
