I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with several years of experience helping children and adults overcome obstacles. I specialize in treating individuals with anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, and trauma. I graduated with my MA in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from Assumption College. I was further trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based, focusing on empowering individuals to make positive changes in their lives. Starting therapy can be a daunting step for anyone and I am here to meet you where you are at in your mental health journey. We will work together by creating a customized treatment plan that incorporates and prioritizes your strengths and interests. It is important to me to keep your short-term and long-term goals in mind to lead to a more balanced life.
