As a counselor, I view myself as someone who can support you in seeing the big picture and recognizing and making choices that align with your goals and aspirations. I will also teach you skills for establishing and maintaining mental health and healthy relationships, grounded in your core beliefs and the latest research on how we function on a neurobiological level.
