I specialize in children and adolescents struggling with anxiety and mood disorders, life changes, adoption issues, trauma, grief, and multi racial children or children being raised by caregivers of a different race. I provide experiential therapy to assist kids who do not connect via traditional talk therapy. I provide methods such as equine therapy and outdoor therapy, as well as incorporating elements of play therapy, art therapy, and music therapy.
