I specialize in brain-based differences, including ADHD and autism. I also have experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use/abuse, housing instability, intimate partner violence, and chronic health conditions. I have been trained in CBT, DBT, ACT, and BSFT, as well as Brainspotting and parts work. You are not a malfunctioning human! Navigating the world with a brain that works differently can be difficult, even traumatic. Therapy is most effective when you can bring your authentic self and build genuine trust; it is nearly impossible to make sustainable gains when you are masking or feel misunderstood. I work eclectically, selecting interventions based on my client, and implement them in a neurodiversity-affirming manner. This allows me to meet you where you are and encourages you to embrace your identity and work with your brain, not against it.
