My mission is to assist individuals with identifying their purpose in life, as well as enhancing their sense of self. I want to lend an unbiased ear to anyone who is in need of help. I would love to help you achieve, overcome, and challenge any barriers that may hinder your wellness and growth. During therapy, I use various forms of evidence-based treatment approaches focusing on cognitive behavioral interventions, motivational interviewing, and person-centered interventions; however, the basis of my approach lies in existential therapy.
