After spending the first decade of my career working in finance at Goldman Sachs across the investment banking and private equity industries, burnt out and unfulfilled, I pivoted careers to become a therapist. Blending a unique background of business, finance and psychology, I aim to provide you with tools that can help with the immediate discomfort in dealing with life stressors as well as self-awareness to make lasting change.
