Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re already carrying a lot. My goal is to offer a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward at a pace that feels right for you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience supporting adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and stress related to work or caregiving. I work collaboratively with my clients, helping them better understand patterns that may be holding them back while building practical tools for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and resilience.
