I work best with adults healing trauma/shame, anxiety/hypervigilance, identity shifts, and ENM/Poly dynamics. My clients are typically high-functioning, self-aware, and ready for meaningful change, but feel stuck or don't know where to go from here. Many are neurodivergent, feel burnt out, overwhelmed by systems not built for them, and disconnected from their bodies. They want a relational space to understand how their subconscious patterns shape their reality, tools to regulate their nervous systems, and guidance in creating an aligned life. They want authenticity in this space, not one-size-fits-all therapy or endless worksheets.
