My ideal client may look “high-functioning” on the outside, but inside, they’re exhausted. They are living with the lingering impact of trauma, whether from childhood wounds, relationship ruptures, medical experiences, systemic harm, or chronic stress. They may struggle with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. Some feel stuck in patterns they don’t fully understand. Others carry shame they can’t seem to shake. Many have learned to survive beautifully—but they’re tired of just surviving.
