Welcome! I am a nationally certified counselor and a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience counseling individuals of all ages. I specialize in anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, addiction and working with expecting and new mothers. I have experience and specific training in working with infertility, loss in pregnancy as well as perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I enjoy focusing on and implementing self compassion in my clients' lives. Together we will build a treatment plan focusing on specific strategies and solutions in order for you to achieve your goals and reach optimal wellness. I have extensive history helping clients through CBT, DBT and Solution Focused Therapy. I have specific training in perinatal mood disorders from Postpartum Support International as well as training in trauma. Through a solution focused lens, we will identify your goals and work towards achieving them in order for you to live a successful life.
