As your therapist, I will be committed to helping you reach your goals and help you become that better version of yourself while at the same time developing safety and trust together while we work collaboratively. I specialize in helping adults and adolescents with issues such as anxiety, grief, and depression. Additionally, I have experience working with those struggling with relationship difficulties as well as new mothers who are adjusting to the new changes and transitions. All the therapies I use have been proven to help those dealing with these issues.
