I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Maryland. Prior to starting my private practice, I spent 5 years counseling students at the University of Maryland Health Center. Since starting my own practice I have focused on helping people struggling with anxiety, relationship issues, adjusting to parenthood, postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, grief, ADHD, executive function, and other life transitions. I have recently completed PSI and 2020 Mom Professional Maternal Mental Health Certificate Training.
