With over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, families, and individuals, I specialize in supporting children ages 5–11 and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I also work with adults facing life transitions, including divorce, parenting challenges, or other personal difficulties. My background includes specialized training in trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy. I provide a warm, supportive space where clients can explore emotions, develop coping skills, and navigate life’s challenges. My strength-based approach is tailored to each individual's needs. My approach is a strength based perspective, in helping children, teens, and families. My services are individually catered to each of my client's needs. Depending on the situation, I offer individual, family therapy and parent coaching. I am trained in CBT and DBT therapies. I have extensive knowledge of school systems, and in special education system.
