Hello! I became a counselor because I know what it means to start again. To be human is to carry both hope and heaviness - I’ve learned that the most powerful transformations begin with tiny moments of courage and vulnerability. As a former educator, school counselor, and now therapist, I bring a unique background to my approach. Sacred Start Counseling was born out of my own healing.
