Hi, I’m Nicole, an integrative therapist who helps people reconnect with themselves through depth-oriented, relational work. Together, we might invite different parts of you into the conversation, explore meaning-making and identity, and support change that feels rooted rather than forced. I draw from training in IFS/parts work, somatics, depth/shadow work, sex therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, all held within an intersectional, harm-reductionist and trauma-informed lens. Together, we create an approach that meets you where you are and supports where you’re going. Sessions are collaborative spaces to grieve, deepen, and play. In session, we’ll listen for the wisdom in your body, dreams, and imagination while naming the cultural systems that have shaped you. I show up as a person who believes personal healing ripples outward into collective change. Whether you’re untangling trauma, navigating identity, recovering pleasure, or seeking meaning, you don't have to do it alone.
