About
I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychological Science with a minor in Professional Writing at Fitchburg State University. While earning my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Capella University, I was also navigating life as a mom to two incredible neurodivergent boys—an experience that gave me unique, firsthand insight into the world of neurodiversity. Over the course of eight years, I worked in residential settings with at-risk youth and neurodivergent individuals, which truly ignited my passion for this work. Before joining Lifebulb, I provided in-home therapy as a community clinician, supporting individuals facing complex mental health challenges such as Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, and Autism. I’m deeply committed to meeting each person where they are and walking alongside them in their healing journey.
