I believe healing and growth are possible no matter how painful things are today. Taking an honest look at the pain in our lives is not easy, but I believe that the process is worth it. I am rooting for you to find freedom and wholeness in your life. It would be an honor to work alongside you toward the goals you have envisioned for yourself. My specialty is perinatal mental health, infant loss, and birth trauma. I am perinatal mental health certified through Postpartum Support International. I work with biological, foster, adoptive, and kinship caregivers in addressing their own mental health needs and coping with the challenges of their journey as parents. I also treat other types of trauma.
