I'm Nicole! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama and Virginia. As a young mom with a blended family, I understand the pressures of parenthood, co-parenting, relationships, and day-to-day stress. I am an ADHD Certified Clinical Services provider, specializing in women's issues and adult ADHD. I earned my Bachelor's in Psychology, my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and my post-graduate certification in Advanced Counseling from Freed-Hardeman University. I provide a relational style of counseling and believe in the importance of building rapport with my clients in order to provide a safe, accepting, and judgment-free experience. I utilize solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness approaches to therapy.
