I focus on Christian Counseling that uses a holistic approach to mental health. Working with me, you will be challenged to improve all areas that impact mental health: mind, body and soul. Mind: Through counseling for 15 years, I have worked using therapies that support the mind such as Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution Focused. Body: Having a post-master's certification in Nutritional Psychology, I understand the biology behind how our bodies make neurotransmitters and I will teach you how to support your body in this process. Soul: Coming from a Christian perspective I know how important it is to integrate faith in therapy.
